Speeding Ticket in Chicago?

Hi, I have a coupe speeding ticket a few days ago (47 in 30) and says I have to send the payment order with the ticket, and wait for them to send my license. Is it possible to go to the area (17 I think) and pay in person and get my license back district that day? It is also possible that a 17 years to take online traffic school?

I could be wrong, but I do not will give your license there. I had a ticket that I paid in person, and even sent my license to me because no store in the courthouse. I try to call court to see if there is somewhere that you could pay and receive immediately.
