WHAT CAN I DO A TICKET cogeneration?

In September, I stopped by CHP and gave me a ticket for not wearing corrective lenses for driving, while I pulled over for speeding. Wrote about the verbal warning given ticket for Speed CARD cogeneration. I recently paid for the ticket, which was $ 169! I have court on 06 January and want to fight this violation. What I can do? I was thinking of going to the DMV and request a new license since I'm already 18 and can get the red out of my license and doesn't go in the clubs. if I get a new license for maybe I can ask to retake the vision test? I am 100percent sure corrective lenses does not affect my driving ability. CA STATE true

If you are thinking challenge the ticket, why not pay before the court date? Maybe it's different in California, but in most places pay the fine is to admit guilt and the question of has been resolved. Furthermore, the only way to satisfy the requirements of the corrective lenses of your license, you must pass the vision test.
