legality of red light/speed enforcement cameras?

received ticket from city of cleveland for speeding 11 mph over in 35, anyone know of class action law suit, or if DMV is notified if ticket is not paid

The people request the laws.

The Legislators write and implement the laws.

The police enforce the laws that the people request.

So you got a ticket………. There is no law suit going…… you can go to court and fight it… or refuse to pay it and have your license suspended. And then if you get stopped you go to jail for driving with a suspended license.

That’s your options.
