Speeding

Got a speeding & points ticket in Florida, US. Are the points transferrable to a UK drivers license?

Also, does anyone know what would happen if i simply ignore it and not pay? $279 is a little steep for doing 80MPH in a 60MPH.

No- they don’t get taken over. The same way points in England don’t count over here. Just pay the fine (And I wouldn’t bother doing that if you are never going to come back) and go home. Fines are steep over here, but it’s the law. You know you shouldn’t have been speeding. We all do it, the trick is not to get caught!
