Canada pays American speeding Ticket?

I was driving back from Florida and on my way through W. Virginia received a speeding ticket 90 mph in a 65. After receiving a ticket i asked to see proof that the offense was commmitted even my car (radar gun, etc), but the official said "we do shit differently here" (exact words) and showed me nothing. I admit that was speeding, but not by much. . AVG just highway speed. The question at issue is "Should I pay this fine? Or how should I deal with it. The tick is approximately 300. Dollars I guess the options are to pay, not pay (and the risk of future problems with the U.S. / border etc) or get a ticket to fight the company to try to:. Any idea, thanks S

No border No problems, traffic tickets are handled locally or by the state if it was issued by a state trooper. From W. Virginia is not an internal state, I would not worry much unless you plan to return to the state. You do not need to worry about speeding extradition.
