Pay Ma Speeding Ticket Online
2009
I received a speeding ticket in Bronx, NY going 81 in a 50 mph zone. What are my options to fight this ticket?
I received this ticket my license in NY, but have since moved to MA and purchased a license. I have an obligation to attend the hearing and can not even plead guilty line, but since I live more than 150 miles of the courthouse you can submit a written request and an affidavit in lieu of making an appearance. Should I submit a written request and an affidavit and pay the fine and assessment driver fees? Does anyone know what the fine would be and if I will have points on my license in MA? or should I hire a lawyer to fight this ticket? In addition, a lawyer can appear on my behalf?
First of all, New York assistant DA there in traffic court. The traffic court is a small room at the DMV, where there is a traffic court and judges secretary. The judge's decision can not affect your MA license. When asked for his license he will lose his license MA New York, and had to tell your company assurance about past tickets. As this was not awarded yet had nothing to say them. As far as I know, Massachusetts and New York does not have reciprocity in vehicles motor, so it should be in the clear when it comes to your MA license. Your best option is to pay the ticket, will be the simplest, least painful end.
