i got a ticket in NY but im from maryland…its 240…do you think i should go back up there to go to court or just pay it? im in maryland

Okay, first off look at the idiot telling you to fight it. Does she write like an adult or an illiterate 12 year old?

Do not fight it. What would you possibly use as an excuse? You did the crime, why would you possibly think you could fight it. It’s amazing to me that people just automatically think they should fight a ticket they did in fact commit.

Pay the fine, go to traffic school, it won’t be on your record. But if you fight it and lose (and you will), you can’t go to traffic school. And don’t listen to the illiterate buffoons who make uneducated guesses in here.
