Pay North Carolina Speeding Ticket
2003

I just got my speeding ticket first advice?
I just got my first speeding ticket. Im a male driver aged 24 and I was going 70 in a 55. I almost never speed at all, but this time it happened and I was fined. I have the option of paying the ticket and get insurance and get the points on my license or go to court and see if they'll give me the option to go to driving school. The problem is that I'm the kind of person who takes it personally and do not like to have this hanging over my head until my court date is on the last day of January. I hate having to go through the holidays with this unresolved. It really bothers me, but I guess its worth a shot to appear before the court and see if I can get the points removed by drivers going to school, but how I can stop bothering me to allow my court date. It is also my residence in Virginia but was captured in North Carolina that the points system is applied on my license?
I was able to defeat the seven (7) California tickets in the last 2 years. Everyone in the method of trial by written declaration (TBWD). Just call the court and ask TBWD contest your ticket. You will need to download a form TR-205 and E of the bond (bill payment), and explain why in TR-205. With TBWD, you do not have to appear in court. Make sure that TR-205 by mail approximately 2 weeks before your due date ticket. If found guilty, you still have one more chance to resort, called trial de novo (TDN). In TDN, you have to prove in court, and if the officer did not appear, you win. If it appears, do the following: 1) Ask the judge for his TBWD and turn it in within one month TBWD reasoning. 2) Use your for TBWD, and attack / corss Official examine below.
