Paid a ticket online, you still have to prove to the court?

This may seem a little weird of a question .. I live in Los Angeles .. I have received a speeding ticket that I have intention to pay online. If online payment, you still have to come to the courthouse for any reason? Maybe to receive a receipt or something?

No, you can pay your ticket, but keep the number CONFORMATION! the time you have available the number of conformation, you will have proof that you paid. And no, you do not have to go to court.
