Florida resident received speeding in Georgia?
Driving through a town in Georgia I got a speeding ticket by an officer local police. He claims he was doing 64 in 45. If I pay the fine, Georgia and Florida report therefore give points to my Florida DL and increase the insurance? Thank you their responses.
Most states allow to go to traffic school for first offense, which avoids the DL reporting. I guess this is your first entry into Georgia, so it should be noted that.
