Indiana drivers license suspended indefinately?

Ok, last year I got a speeding ticket, paid it,and apparently I had to do a mandatory Defensive Driving Course. I never received this notice and my license was suspended 8 months ago and I still, did not receive a notice. I got pulled over last week and found out, and I look online at mybmv and it says license suspended indefinately. I did the CCD anyway today and payed the extra 28 bucks for 24 hour processing hoping that it will help. So did I spend 78 bucks for nothing or can this be appealed. Its not a DUI or anything, just a failure to do a CCD.

Indefinitely doesn’t mean forever, just until you clear things up. You need to see the DMV or the court to find out the status of your case and what steps you need to take to get the license reinstated. Apparently you got stopped twice within 8 months so it probably won’t be easy.
