Pay West Virginia Speeding Ticket
2002

Extradition question?
ok heres the deal. Today I went to a political event in West Virginia, and I live in Midlothian VA. tonight on my way home, I would the Linit speed, which was 45 (while I was still in West Virginia) and I was stopped by a tough police, who said that I marked on the radar is 59, and gave me a payment by mail (no court appearance) $ 140 ticket! We do not know if you made a mistake or was simply being twisted, but I have a habit to go the speed limit and made exactly 45 more or less a mile. Here is the question. since I am a resident going and that was four hours from my house a different state (going west), if I decide not to pay, does anyone think that the state of West Virginia would have to pay to have me extradited back all the way to go west by an unpaid traffic ticket. It seems that id have to do something more serious than that. What do you think, since I can not take any other further court from that in the county of the event?
Every state in the Union has signed an agreement. If you do not take care of your traffic ticket in WV, then suspended VA his driver's license until the matter carefully. If you want to fight it, have that right. If you just ignore those who are digging holes quickly receive deep. Having said all that, they probably will not extradite for a traffic order.
