1987 speeding ticket in Alabama .. note today is not paid in full.?

My husband got a ticket for 22 years in Mobile County. Are cleaning old records and the notice says it was not completely paid in full. He knows that he paid, but we have no record after this time. They said it was a paper trail below, and simply a money order for half. This is not fair. What to do?

If they will not be reasonable leave to issue the warrant. Probably not, have your husband to surrender and let the judge throw it out. I see no judge to force the payment after 22.
