Speeding camera ticket, but not driving .. What to do?

My boyfriend idiot was driving my car and then gave him a camera to go 12 mph over the speed limit. The vehicle is registered in my name so I got the ticket in the mail. I'm not worried about paying the fine was $ 40 (actually I already paid online) .. I do not want any points on my license and I think in the state of Maryland, if you get a ticket for going 10 mph you get 2 points. What I can do ?????? Thanks!

Some states have bills like parking tickets. Call the office of employees and ask if it is processed in the vehicle or the driver.
