Paying Nsw Speeding Fines
2006
If violations of traffic offenses in Australia?
If traffic violations as criminal offenses in Australia, specifically NSW? That is, what makes you tick YES to a job application when asked if have been convicted / found guilty of a crime? Is there a difference between paying the fine and thus "recognize" his guilt in the matter or the fight against the charge in court, lose and still have to pay the fine or lose license points? Are there distinctions in different traffic violations? (Excluding accidents in which someone was injured.) Is accelerating worse than running a red light or both the same? The specific crimes I am talking about are speeding (in a poorly defined area school) and running a red light.
some are, some Arent – and plead guilty would not be decisive. some parking criminal offenses if they endanger someone (ambulance bays, etc) that would need to check if usually not be a prison sentence (or the possibility of one) attached to a crime
