Is there a way to get a waiver on a speeding ticket received in Pennsylvania for New Mexico Driving licence?

For example in Arizona or Texas you can take the safety driving course and get the first offense waived

What ever state you receive a ticket in is the state where you must take the driver improvement course. You can’t say take the course in one state for a ticket in another state.

So, your options are:

Pay the ticket.

Go back to the state you received it and sign up for the course,

Go back to the state you received it and fight it in court.
