traffic ticket speeding criminal?

It's okay if I am guilty of speeding and get a criminal traffic ticket here in Phoenix Arizona …. my problem? I forgot to pay a civil previous speeding ticket and forgot the camera to appear in court ..? now I have a different criminal speeding ticket and I have court tomorrow …. can you really put me in prison for a ticket without paying when I go down there? help! soo, I'm worried for this!
