Speeding

has anyone had experience getting out of a photo radar ticket in Oregon?

I didnt feel I deserved the ticket there were no speed signs posted so I was going too fast at the time to stop for the yellow. It turned red as I was in the intersection and snapped me.
My photo is fuzzy but noticeable the shot of my liscence is clear. Any advice? Even if I fight it it costs a lot in oregon.
p.s. I have a perfect driving record so far! is this going to change that?!
is it true they need to issue me a proof of service?

OK sorry to hear about your ticket well here in California they just turned over about 10,000 tickets because the camera shouldn’t come to court and the camera is creating more of a problem than a solution see because the people were slamming on there brakes and causing more rear endears at the light than doing any good. so you might want to do some research that will stem from orange county ,California and maybe the ll toss the case out the window good luck
