What motivates people to play mind games at the wheel?

I see almost daily. The other day, this car before me was an extra extra slow, and then suddenly made a sharp right turn without even putting your blinker on, almost with the intention to stick to it or whatever. It was really amazing and made me think wow, this guy is clearly doing it on purpose, and that was just incredible. Then you have others to cut traffic, speed, all sort of thing. It's amazing the amount of away games and mind games is crazy, and very very cruel .. It's as if they all have their own hidden agendas, no Whether he lives or dies, and only want to mess with all, sometimes even because of an accident or whatever. It's really sick.

I think maybe some people are driving a car that need to be replaced and we hope to run into them, so that their insurance buy a new car.
