Speeding tickets carry points from Los Angeles to Florida?

I'm from Florida and was fined through Louisiana. I read that Louisiana no statewide "points system" of offenses, so go to traffic school to remove points is useless. Is this true, and if so, how does going back to my registry FL? (I'm sure that somehow)

Anyone in contact with the courts on your ticket, came or the local DMV. You should also know if the ticket will be reported to your insurance. If so see if you can take a class of traffic school to keep their rates rising.
