No VA conduction points to the license renewal MD?
I have a ticket for speeding limit of 20, which automatically classifies reckless driving, 6 points for 11 years under Virginia law. Are these points of drag with my MD license? And how I can know how many points I have on my MD license?
Yes, they are transferred. MD set points according to its own law for the offense. May not necessarily be the same number of points.
