police entrapment speeding
do the police have the right to use entrapment to get a conviction?

i was stopped for being over the speed limit, this is not the issue. the issue is that the police officer could not be seen, until he was standing in the middle road and his car could not be seen until i was within 15 – 20 feet from it. they were both hidden and could not been seen.
many thank’s

That’s not entrapment. So, what he did was legal. The policeman did not coerce you to speed.

Entrapment would be if a cop begs you to buy a big screen TV, when you refuse, he knocks the price down to $1, and when you finally acquiesce, he arrests you for receiving stolen goods.

That’s entrapment.
