I fight this speeding ticket?

I live in Connecticut and received a speeding ticket in Mass where I can go to school. I was off I-84 to reach the ground (65 mph is the limit of 84) and was caught up "61 mph" in an area of 45 in the exit ramp. He appeared behind me about 2 / 3 of a mile on the road from where I was (state police). I do not think I was going so fast and the speed limit goes from 65-45-50 in less than half a mile, to be honest I think it was targeted because he was out of state because I was basically going with the traffic in another lane when the merger was ramp checked my radar ticket and put an S next to it and planned to check out so I do not know what that means. Do not listen McKim. Most agencies have their certification records and calibration certificates on file in the local courts. It takes about 1 minute to find the information and not $ 200.00. In addition, most judges and officials know they are in their field and know all about their training and experience. They also know that we use to date, calibrated equipment.
