Grand Theft Auto San Andreas PC to freeze?

When I play GTA SA is going to work very well and is perfectly fine and well until he falls a little and then the game freezes when I'm playing it.It happens at random, for some reason and I think the reason you are doing that could be because of some modifications but I do not know. The only mods I have are Cleo mods, skin mods for weapons and a superman skin mod.I no mod script, but I have a mod shop and I have mod.I two weapons also have a mod that speeds up my stats.

ummmm …. try removing the MODS could be playing their game …. doesn't really seem like a hardware problem ….
