San Diego Speeding Ticket Lawyer

told to be speeding at 94 on a 65 mph zone Ca. Orange county highway whats the ticket amount going to be?

it was definetly a speed trap, going down the 73 toll road heading to San Diego to see my father, I was in the Air Force active duty at the time. Have to show up to court, Why? should I get a lawyer?

The fine depends on the location of the violation, the speed at which you were traveling, and your driving record.

You signed a promise to appear when you received the citation, you have to go to court to have a hearing with the judge, the officer who issued the citation will also be present. Most people don’t retain defense attorneys for traffic court, as attorney’s fees will cost more than the citation.

I would *guess* you’re going to be out a shade over $350.
