What is a “No Point” Speeding Ticket?

I live in Pennsylvania, 23 year old male, and I drive a 2006 Blue Chevy Cobalt SS/SC. Anyway I just got pulled over for going 44 in a 25 zone. The officer was really nice but I still got a fine. I mean I did break the law and I’m not gonna argue that. He gave me a ticket but told me it was a “No Point” ticket. It doesn’t say anything about points on the ticket and he said it was a reduced fine. All together it was $107.50. I’m assuming this means I won’t get any points on my license?

I love it ! political correctness permeates into law.so,they are screwing the insurance Company from charging more.so now ,it is like little leagues,you get points for a phony ($$) trophy
