Speeding

Anyone in the State of Arizona know…..?

if there is a way to have a speeding ticket in Scottsdale “fixed” by a lawyer or what our options are for keeping this off of our record. It was a ticket by one of those cameras if that makes any difference.
it was my hubbie driving and he WAS speeding, but in Texas when you get a ticket you can hire a cheapo lawyer that will have it kept off of your record. Would like to do that with this ticket if possible. Have two teenagers that keep our insurance rates sky high, so don’t really want this on our record if possible. tks

I live in Minnesota, and we just had a big thing about those cameras. Our state Supreme Court just ruled the traffic cameras in Minneapolis that take a picture of your car if you run a red light or speed unconstitutional because they ticket the registered owner and not necesserly the actual driver of the vehicle….but as to your question, if you havn’t had any prior tickets, i don’t think your in too much hot water. Just pay the ticket and be on your way, unless you believe it was wrongly issued, then fight it….
