speeding at 60 miles an hour zone?

Need some advice. I have a speeding ticket state you live in North Carolina and has a fine for speeding in South Carolina. I was doing 75 miles in a 60-hour mile. Think you need an attorney or just pay the fine and pay higher insurance premiums. I have no entry in my file and have to drive 30 years.

If I were you, I'll pay. Over 15 is a bit excessive, unless the rest (90%) the highway was at the same rate or faster. Eight more can be forgiven, but depends on when and where.
