Pokemon Pearl How do i evolve my buneary?

I have a buneary and its lvl 30 and still has not evoled. I give it a massage every day .I maxed out its attack,defence,speed,Sp.Def and Sp.Atk.And i really want a loppuny.

tips to evolve a pokemon that needs high happiness:

-participate in contests and let your pkm win
-when it faints, revive it and DO NOT bring it to a pokecentre
-feed them poffins that they like (make poffins in hearthome city at a house next to the pokemart
-feed them vitamins eg protein
-let it battle with trainers instead of wild pokemon (if you get the chance)
-make it hold the soothe bell (u dont hv to but its better if u do)
-keep it at the front of your party
-give it a massages
(be patient with it, it takes time.)
