Speeding Awareness Course Manchester

Speed Awareness Course help.?
I was caught speeding 37 in a 30 zone by a mobile unit, in Nottingham, they apparently dont do the course there yet, but they do the course in Manchester where i live.
Will they let me do the course in Manchester or will i have to live with the 3 points?
Has anyone else been able to do the course where they live rather than where they were flashed?
Someone recently asked me this when they had there offence in Thames Valley police area where i am based but they lived in Wales
They asked if they could take the course in Wales rather than travel here and the answer was No when i asked our department that dealt with the fines.
I suggest that if your force does not offer a speed awareness course you will have to accept the points, its not complusary that forces offer the course in lieu of points its just a “nice to have” option for the public to choose from and to learn from there mistakes
