Did anyone see the video of Shriner car driving in a crowd?

In the News, police reviewed the tape and concluded that two cars collided, sending one of the multitude. but if you watch the video, it is clear that there is no collision, the man only speeds up and cuts wheel. If anyone saw this video, tell me what you think.

I saw this video and no I did not see a crash. It almost seemed that the car would not go. Only very happy all the world like the Shriners are a big group and my favorite part of the parade!
