What insurance companies in Ontario insure a driver with a longer sentence?

I recently had a negative charge of breathing. It fell to a reckless driving charge. Currently I have two tickets expire slowly than before my next renewal of insurance. What I'm looking surcharge conviction for neglect? I also had an administrative stay of 3 months, it will affect my rates too?
