Do you get a criminal record if you are convicted for speeding?
Do you have to disclose it to your employer.
No! Speeding is a civil infraction. If you were speeding so mcuh that it lead to a reckless driving ticket, then, yes, because that is a misdemeanor and even a felony in some states. I definitley wouldn’t worry about it.
I beat speeding ticket without even filing criminal charges!
