tt99 endorsement on my driving licence stopping me getting a job?

I lost my driving licence last year for 6 months due to totting up penalty points 2 speeding offences 2 mobile phone offences. when i got my licence back i have a code on it that says tt99. now im a hgv driver by trade and that’s all I know but i can not get a job i get refused i have a company local to me and i was on there waiting list for a year they interviewed me basicly gave me the job 2 days before due start date told me insurance was to high for me they said to put me on it will cost £3000. that’s ridiculous surely i can appeal to get rid of this endorsement its affecting my career ive done the punishment for my stupidity no need to have it on my head for 4 years . yes that is how long it has to be on there so i am to be unemployable till then that’s not fair. can some 1 help me where do i start has any 1 had the same many thanks

Always ave two driving licenses.

Your only hope would have been to enter mitigation at court when you received your tt99. -there are taxi drivers with12+ points driving around.

Your employer is right, IN10 is another killer, (no insurance) that costs employers too much.
