SP50 conditional offer of fixed penalty?
a friend of mine was cought speeding on 21/02/2009, he received a letter in the mail asking you to confirm the driver at the time of the offense. who returned the form admitting the crime, he received a conditional offer of fixed penalty (dated 31/03/09), it was a £ 60 fine and 3 penalty points on your license. who have not returned to form, as it has been over a year, are still responsible?
Yes, if the misfortune to be taken in by the police, the crime is still standing.
