Speeding Fixed Penalty

speeding fixed penalty
What is the charge or penalty for speeding?

I appeared twice passing through a fixed on the road SpeedCamera yellow at night, when I looked at my odometer was doing about 35 in a 30! Later he realized that there is a calibration problem my speedometer! And I've worked this by connecting my satellite navigation, as it displays the correct speed you are doing, and I said I was doing say 50 mph, but speed was 45. Anyway I had a letter in the mail! and said he was doing 38! literally 8 mph over the limit! What is fine and I have points on my license. He also spent two days after this with another camera on the same street.

I can do the math for you here. £ 90.00 plus £ 60.00 plus fines costs 6 points. If I understand the logic and taking into account the calibration problems of speed. Technically is only doing 3 mph over the speed limit and have a case to take to court. Wake up mate!
