What will the Air Force do if they find out im lieing about a speeding ticket?

I just got a speeding ticket today and dont want to tell my recruiter until after i go to MEPS on tuesday. Will The Air Force find out and punish me? What are the most beneficial steps to take. What if i tell him and that ticket disqualifies me?
