Is this speeding ticket of 100 mph is going to lose CA driver's license

I'm an idiot, but I know I can only change the future not past, having said that, I have four offenses and the DMV did not send me any warning letter, as I read other people were … but the last entry # 4, 100 mph … uhuh. Inputs 1-2 to make 80 stops in 65, and # 3 was 70 in 55 … so that the latter is the real bad, but I'll lose her license because of it? insurance? I am over 40.
