speeding offence advice
UK traffic laws – to appear in court in Section 172. Lawyers?

Do not write the name of the driver (under article 172) because I was sure no one else had my car that day, but at the time indicated on the ticket for speeding, I am quite sure yet was in an interview, so that my vehicle was parked. I raised this point with the police and sent along my tests to show he had an interview the same day at 10 am that lasted one hour, therefore, why a ticket at 11.02 would have been difficult, even in that area. But now I have given a court date for not completing the driving at the time of the alleged infringement. If I had filled that he was driving, which is then making a false statement (fines incurring up to £ 1000) when I do not think that is true, to not fill because I do not know, I'm still before the court. Heads you lose, tails you lose. Any advice?

I do not know the laws of the United Kingdom, since I live in the U.S., but I think you need to find a lawyer and have a chat with him. You may need to obtain a statement from the person who interviewed him, as proof that you were at the time, and how long you were there.
