What is the Penalty for Speeding 70 on 35 (code 22350) And leaving an accident (code20006) in Long Beach,CA?

I was driving on the freeway off ramp, passed the intersection, wasn’t able to break on time, drove over the curb and came to a complete stop to the fence. I was not injured, the vehicle was wrecked, all 4 tires Flat. I left to use the phone, when i returned to the car the LBC police were at the scene getting ready to tow my vehicle.
