Best speed reading program / course?

I read about 200 words per minute, which is about average from what I hear. I was hoping improve my reading speed and began to look at speed reading programs and courses. What is my best option? Should I invest in a book, a program or take live courses and seminars? With all the publicity, false, and lots of resources there, take the right decision seems difficult. I was hoping to obtain a computer program or even a book, preferably one (s) that you can download via torrent = (I'ma bit of cheapo, sorry). So if someone know from experience as to what program is more effective (I'm not looking to become a master player in the short term, I have a lot of time), I would more than pleased to hear from you! Thanks!
