What does the sharia do …?

for traffic violations. What is the speed limit according to Islamic law. How regulations much more to go to NASA under Sharia Law? How much tax money should go to education, public HEALTH military etc? Since Sharia is perfect and Muslims are trying to scream "Sharia for Britain" and that in an Islamic country, everything is right, what Sharia does do for those instances.

Sharia is only for Muslim countries, do not mix the laws of Western. The problem with democracies laws of Sharia is that many of these laws contradict the teachings of the Koran, such as stoning women to death, the laws of Sharia are of the traditional Arab nature and may have little to do with the religious laws of the Koran.
