The speed and unsafe lane change is not reasonable?

hello was recently in a car accident that was my car. There was a witness who saw it happen and called the police. Entries were received notice oi dangerous lane changes and speed not reasonable and prudent. Can anyone give me some advice what to do. Since I have a lawyer, but it is a struggle for power.

If you're in control of your vehcle would not have had an accident. The witness says he is leaving too fast and lost control while trying to change lanes. In a single car accident, unless you can show that lost control due to mechanical failure, is almost a given. I would try to plea bargain down to a lesser charge, if possible, and only pay the fines. You can not win the case.
