How I can beat a speeding ticket?

I've been driving for 15 years and have never received a ticket for speeding. Ni even think it was speeding when I stopped! Anyway, there was also an error on the ticket (the fine does not match the speeding on the list.) No I think my defense can "really was not speeding!" What are my options? The officer did not even look at my record. When he handed me the ticket, I asked if I had ever gotten a ticket in Florida before and told me he had never received a ticket anywhere before.
