how can I fight a speeding ticket in Orange County Florida?

I was going 41 in a 25. This was the general flow of traffic and I can’t deny I was speeding. The cop was standing on the side of the road with another car pulled over as well. I did not even see a radar. And once I pulled out he immediately flagged someone else down. Maybe there was another cop in the distance?? Anyway…cannot afford the $254 ticket or the cost of my insurance going up.

You can fight it by going to court and either telling the truth, or telling lies.
If you tell lies, it will be obvious, and you’ll be found guilty.
If you tell the truth, you will obviously be found guilty, but there’s a possibility you could be cut a break. If not, you can always ask the court to work out a payment plan.

It always amazes me the people who “can’t afford a ticket” but decide to break the law.
Advice:
Slow down, obey the law, and you won’t have to worry about things like this in the future.
