What is the maximum speed limit that normally get away with just £ 60 fixed penalty of three points?

Some people say it is up more than 25 mph Some say it's up more than 30 mph Some say it is up to 40% above the threshold, and before you judge me or give stupid answers or testing of the dangers of speeding, etc, I am not a speed reducer, just curious question II
