How I can find the number of car accidents involving teenagers in a parish?

I recently took speeding on the interstate. Although not receive a ticket, my parents were still pretty annoying and as punishment, I was assigned to write an essay on dangers of driving in adolescence, along with 10 hours of community service. However, I am having great difficulty locating this information. Help please?
