Will my juvenile shoplifting show on a retail background check?

Hello, when I was 17 I had gotten into trouble for shoplifting from wal mart, the price was $130. I went to court and got community service and that was it. I am now 18 and I applied for a job at Ross, had an interview today, and told I had the job as long as my background checks came back fine, they do two background checks, the first is a retail background check, she told me it is to see if any of the surrounding businesses had any problems with me before, then a regular back ground check, since I was a minor, will my shoplifting charge show on the background checks? I went to a juvenile court and not an adult court. I have not been in any trouble since, no speeding tickets or anything. I live in the state of Tennessee.

It will not show up.
