Defensive Driving question. Help please!?
I agreed to take the defensive driving course for my speeding ticket, but the point is I do not remember if it has been a year since I took my last, however, have already agreed to take the course (since the Texas law states you can only take a driving course defensive in the 12 months to dismiss a ticket.) What if 12 months have passed since I finished my last course in defensive driving? Should I pay for the cost remainder of my speeding ticket? Or what? Thanks.
Your best bet is to contact the court, where his last appointment came. There have been when received its certificate of defensive driving. If you have less than 12 months may contact the court in which came from new appointment and ask permission to take a defensive driving course. Some judges allow it. I recommend doing this in person. I took a great class in line with http://www.TicketRelief.com. They were quick, easy and affordable. Finished my studies in one day!
