Speeding

I have a speeding ticket and do not want anything on my record or my insurance go up, I live in NY.?

I have eighteen years and I got my first ticket. i was going 45 in a 30 zone. as I asked above [A] to plead guilty and pay the administrative fine and court costs or [C] PLEADS GUILTY AND APPLY TO ATTEND A DEFENSIVE DRIVING SCHOOL MOVING VIOLATIONS ONLY TO AVOID A CONVICTION SENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY or [A and C] [B] (it is not important.) Is almost deadline and do not know what to do. I'm clueless, help me not want to go to jail: (
